Our Rehab to Rehome Scheme

For a one-off payment of £15, you can help one of our beautiful rescue horses on their journey from rehab to rehome.

Your support goes straight towards their care, food and medical treatment.

Each horse deserves a second chance at life. With your help, they’ll soon be ready for a loving new home. By sponsoring one of our horses, you’re not just helping one horse – once they are rehomed, you’re giving us stable space to rescue and care for another animal in need.

As a thank you, we’ll email you a short fact file about your chosen horse, and you’ll receive an email update when your chosen horse has found their perfect loan home.

Your sponsorship covers the horse for as long as they are with us at Hope Pastures. We have no set time frame on how long it takes us to rehabilitate a horse; it could be a few months or a few years.

We will email you to let you know your horse has been happily rehomed and is no longer on site.
