Horses and ponies have regular vaccinations to protect them from equine flu and from tetanus. These are essential for their ongoing health and are strictly regulated by the vets. When a pony first comes to us it will have a series of vaccinations, the initial one, followed by a second about 5-7 weeks after and a third about 6 months later. After this, vaccinations are annual.
If you wish to buy a vaccination (or even more than one) for a newly rescued pony, please note this in the comments box. If you prefer you can buy an annual vaccination for one of our residents – just let us know which in the comments box.+ Add to basket
