Please note that our Visitor Centre operating hours will be moving to our ‘winter schedule‘ starting on Tuesday, 3rd November. This adjustment helps us maintain our facilities and offer the best experience during the colder months.
If you are planning a trip to Hope Pastures this winter, please make a note of the updated schedule below.
New Visitor Centre Winter Operating Hours from 4th November.
| Day | New Opening Time | New Closing Time |
| Mondays | Closed except school holidays | |
| Tuesday – Friday | 11:00 AM | 2:00 PM |
| Saturday and Sunday | 10:00 AM | 2:30 PM |
| Holidays | Still to be announced | Still to be announced |
Please Note: These hours apply only to the Visitor Center. The site still remains open from 10am to 3pm so that you can visit the animals
Why the Change?
Our transition to a winter schedule saves the cost of running the heating and lighting in our Visitor Centre over winter when we have fewer visitors.
We encourage you to call us 0113 2614344 or check our website closer to your visit if you have any questions.
We look forward to welcoming you this winter!
