This is case 2 our ‘Beyond the Yard’ series
Kiki was found in desperate need of veterinary care after being abandoned by her owner.
At the time, Kiki was not well enough to travel to Hope Pastures, so we safely moved her to a foster home where she could be nursed and cared for while she began to recover.
She was given the time, veterinary care and support she needed, in a safe environment where she could be cared for as she deserved.
Not every horse we help comes through our gates. Sometimes, the best thing we can do is find the right place for them to be able to receive the care they need.
