Last week we took another lovely rescue pony into our care. Meet Dobby

Dobby was initially rescued from a horrific location in the same field as Freya and Apache, two other Hope Pastures ponies who were seriously ill when we took them in a few years ago. The field was filled with deceased and very thin poorly horses and it was a huge rescue mission to save as many as possible.

Dobby was rehabilitated by the amazing team Tia Greyhound & Lurcher Rescue and spent the last couple of years in a lovely home being very deservedly well cared for.

Dobby is now 4 and ready to begin learning basic exercises and preparing to be a ridden pony in the future.

He’s settled straight into the field with Rafael and is a really sweet and polite pony to have around.
